What do you mean when you think of the word health?  Most people have defining tons of health. For some, it could be eating fruit and exercising and for others, it could simply be having a good mentality and feeling good about yourself. These are all things that can benefit personal health. It is important to analyze what it means to be healthy for you and how you can achieve a healthy lifestyle to feel good. For me, living a healthy lifestyle is eating good food.

Exercising daily and participating in things that make me feel good about myself. We have all heard the saying "What you put in your body is what you get from it," which is one hundred per cent true. Eating good foods can have a lot of benefits or benefits in your life. More people should consider what they are putting in their bodies, especially university students, considering that we live outside easy food and the cafeteria. Eating healthy definitely regulates your weight and studies also show that students who eat healthier are more productive and radiate more positive energy instead of their peers who constantly put junk food on their body. It is not always easy to find time to exercise in our hectic lives. Sometimes, it can even be difficult to balance daily activities and social life. Taking 30 minutes to an hour or you and each day could really help you feel. Taking an hour of your day to exercise is only 4 per cent of your day! Go for a walk, run on a treadmill/track. or even just do some squats in your room. They are all exercises that can clear your mind for the short time you do them. For some, exercise relieves their stress and eliminates a hundred responsibilities they are thinking about at the moment. Exercise has both mental and physical benefits. The long and short term results of being fit are endless. Being active has only beneficial effects on the mind and body. One of the main ways to live a healthy lifestyle is to radiate positive energy. Being happy affects your body and your mind as much as the food you put into your body or the physical activity you do. Eating well exercising and doing things you enjoy are healthy habits; Each one has positive effects on your mind and body to make you happy!
